How can I H&H this mission
I go no death until the damned norn area
No death at all, it takes me 10 minute from CTC to get to norn part
But when on norn part, mass agro of 30 lvl30 foes of destroyer, with incredible bufffs of HM to the foes, they are just JUST JUST A BIT hard
I mean who can go agains so much outnumbered overpowered foes

can someone advice hero builds?

My advice is dont use heros use a group of real people who know what they are doing

I don't know about your team build, but your tactics are definitely flawed. The destroyer onslaught is not meant to be beatable by standing in the middle of the Norn. Rather, stay on the hill where you came in and pull and pick-off the the destroyer groups one-at-a-time.

3 things you need for this mission are good pulling, aegis chaining (most destroyers deal physical damage), and scourge healing.

I've H/H'ed this on my warrior using Godmode, Sab's, Mhenlo, Lina, Eve, and either Dunham or Herta. We wiped once at norn part, then pulled efficiently and got enough minions running up to tank the physicals. Dragon Slash, Brawling Headbutt, Steelfang Slash, and Flail make bosses tons easier.

you need to pull better, your not supposed to try to kill al of the destroyers in one hit. also as josh said using an aegis chain can help a lot.

Blindbot hero, scourge healing, weakness, enfeebling blood, ect, and pulling is good too.

It's easy H/Hing this mission. The only problem is the spot you had an issue with.

When the Norn have fought off a few waves and then make a comment, run up to a nearby bridge. When all of the Destroyers have grouped together and the Norn are all dead, flag your party back and pull small groups. Tease the monsters into only having to fight as many as four at a time. After that, finish the mission.
